Lola

My June 1st challenge over at Picture This! is about the newest addition to our little family, our Lola. Lola is a 10 month tortoise shell kitty, who is sweet as can be, though still a bit shy. We are totally in love with her. The recipe for this challenge was 2 photos, banners and flags. Another great challenge, I hope you join us!

Enjoy the Ride!

Happy Spring Everyone!

Here is my layout for the April 15th challenge over at Picture This! Our recipe this time was 3 photo's+travel. I thought I was going to have a tough time with this one, we don't travel much. But again, I went back to our Disney trip in 2013 and found a few pictures I took while on the airplane on our way to Florida. I scooped up so many items from many different kits, I'm not sure if I could tell you where they all came from!

I hope you hop over and join the fun!! See you soon!

A beautiful life

My husband asked me to make him a layout to hang in his office at work. Besides mini albums, I haven't paper scrapped in over a year. I'm just too addicted to digital scrapbooking...LOL. I went through my stash picked out the embellishments I wanted to use, grabbed some paper that I thought would match and then printed pictures. These pictures were taken yesterday for Easter.

I'm not much of a "mister" when it comes to paper layouts, I usually just can't get past the mess they make. However, I use a lot of "mist" and "paint" in my digital scrapping, so I wanted to add it to this too.  I used to mist to color the chipboard letters as well.  I used so many paper lines I'm not even sure where they are all from, some of them are just scraps that have been hanging around.

Disney Friend

Hello Everyone! I hope Spring has finally sprung where you are!

Here is my Picture This! April 1st design team post. The recipe for this challenge was 1 photo+splatter+photo corner. I went back a few years with this one! We went to Disney in January of 2013 and this little seagull seemed quite smitten with me, even though I didn't have any food at the time! He just kept scooting closer and closer and giving that cute little head tilt. I had so much fun taking his picture :-) I hope you come join the fun with us over at Picture This!

Enjoy This

Hello All! Here is my design team reveal for the most recent challenge over at Picture This! Come join the fun and there is always a great prize to be won!

The challenge recipe this month was to use a dark background, 2 photo's and a butterfly. I finally decided to scrap a page about my fur child, Tiger. He is just about 9 months old and one of the loves of my life...besides my human children that is. Most of the layout consists of papers and elements from  February's DigiScrap Parade, Cherish, with a few odds and ends thrown in from other kits.  I juts love how this layout turned out!

Here is my February 15 layout for the Picture This! Challenge blog! I hope you come join the fun!

A few days ago we went to Valley Forge National park. We had a great day and I got some great pictures of our boys while we were there! I found this challenge perfect for a few of my favorite pictures. This time the challenge was to use 3 photos and vertical placement.

Beach Boys

Please come on over and join us at Picture This! February 1st's challenge was so much fun. 2 picture, 1 photo repeat and a splatter.

With the cold weather upon us, I couldn't help but be a little nostalgic for some Summer weather, so I decided to do a layout with pictures from our vacation at the beach. I enlarged the background picture and then faded it a bit. Then I layered the same picture on top, but cropped it so my boys were highlighted, but I wanted the pictures to blend together and look like one big picture. I loved how it turned out.

For this page I used the He's All That digital kit by Shawna Clingerman. I absolutely love the colors that come in this kit. So perfect to use for layouts of my boys!
